Returns Policy

Standard Products

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Custom Created Scents

Due to the personalized nature of custom-blended fragrances, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on custom created scents. All custom scent orders are final sale. Please review your custom scent selections carefully before placing your order, as we cannot offer refunds for custom scents made in error by the customer. If we make an error in creating your custom scent (incorrect formula, defective product, etc.), please contact us immediately and we'll make it right.

How to Return an Item:

Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We offer complimentary local pickup for customers in Mobile, Alabama and surrounding areas including Daphne, Fairhope, Spanish Fort, Saraland, Prichard, Tillman's Corner, Theodore, and Chickasaw. Simply select "Local Pickup" at checkout—no shipping fees required! Orders are typically ready within 24-48 hours.
