Custom Created Scents

Due to the personalized nature of custom-blended fragrances, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on custom created scents. All custom scent orders are final sale. Please review your custom scent selections carefully before placing your order, as we cannot offer refunds for custom scents made in error by the customer. If we make an error in creating your custom scent (incorrect formula, defective product, etc.), please contact us immediately and we'll make it right.

How to Return an Item:
